About Us

Hello, my name is Joanne and I first opened Seventh Heaven back in 2003.

I am a qualified, experienced Poole beautician working from a purpose-designed salon at my home in Whitecliff, Poole. My aim is to give you a dedicated professional service at all times.

I offer an 10% DISCOUNT ON FIRST VISIT for clients wishing to switch from using other Poole beauticians or Bournemouth beauticians.

Your comfort is my main concern
Having experienced many treatments in other salons over the years, I have become very particular about such things as heating, blankets, clean towels, positioning and comfort, cleanliness and hygiene. For example, have you ever had a massage or a facial where you were shivering under a thin towel in a cold room? At Seventh Heaven you will be wrapped in fleece blankets and cocooned in comfy cushions and, in the colder months, the heating will be on! The room will be bathed in calming, warming candlelight while you can select the type of music that you find most relaxing. I extend this level of comfort to other treatments too, such as pedicures, which are carried out on a reflexology chair that means you can lie back in absolute comfort and relish the relaxing massage.

I am a member of The British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC) who provide full public liability insurance for UK Beauticians. Poole Beauticians and Bournemouth Beauticians should all have an insurance like this as standard practice to protect you when visiting a salon.

Lie back and enjoy the treatments in peace and quiet, to escape the chaos of your normal routine. Or, if you'd rather, you can chat away to your heart's content! We're all different and relax in different ways so I'll leave it up to you and won't take it personally if you just want to have some 'me time' and chill out.
